  1. FIFTEEN- "Swains First Bike Ride" LP+7"EP Splatter+Red Bundle

FIFTEEN- "Swains First Bike Ride" LP+7"EP Splatter+Red Bundle

    $25.00

FIFTEEN- "Swain's First Bike Ride" LP+7"EP Color vinyl bundle! Dead Broke Rekerds is absolutely stoked to announce definitive reissues by Berkeley, California-based punk band, FIFTEEN. From the ashes of east bay legends, Crimpshrine came Fifteen. These records changed our lives (here at Dead Broke) and the socially conscious lyrics touched & taught us in ways music would seldom again through the years. Swain's First Bike Ride is the bands' debut studio album, originally released on vinyl in 1991 through Lookout Records. The album's CD edition contains the band's self-titled EP from the previous year as bonus tracks, just like the Lookout! original disc. (CD originally released on February 10, 1992.) We've maticulously kept these reissues as true to the original releases as we possibly could, while Carl Saff gave the songs are new life with his remastering. Gloriously restored & remastered from the original reel-to-reel master tapes by Carl Saff at Saff Mastering. Astounding artwork restoration by Hugo Fitzgerald, face-lifted from the original hand-made art by band/label. **LP on Limited Opaque Blue With Yellow, White & Orange Splatter vinyl (*Limited to 137) AND 7"EP on Opaque Red vinyl (limited to 100). 2. PANDEMIX- "Rank & File" 7" EP

PANDEMIX- "Rank & File" 7" EP

    $6.00

Pandemix formed in 2016 with the intention of being a peace punk band. While the end result was something harder to pin to a specific sub-genre, the musical and visual aesthetic pf the band references foundational punk bands while speaking to something more contemporary and vital. The music sounds paranoid, while the lyrics explore the anxieties and vulnerabilities inherent in living in a modern society. This 7” includes songs recorded at the same session as the band’s debut “Scale Models of Atrocities” 12” released last year on Boss Tunage Records. Set-list mainstay “Rank & File” finally makes an appearance, taking on white silence and complicity in racialized police violence while offering some of ‘Demix’s darkest, catchiest, songwriting yet. “Second Opinion” take the listener to many different musical vistas, all anchored by an indelible, intense chorus and a pervading sense of paranoia. This single can function as a stunning companion piece to the 12”, or a perfect entry-point for the uninitiated. Learn More
