"Their third album. 7 songs clocking in at just under 20 minutes. It's like riding a trainwreck with a smile on your face, a drink in your hand and your heart on your sleeve. You're scared to death but still trying to have a good time. I honestly can't think of a better metaphor for the lyrical content of this album. It confronts the worst parts of life with out reveling in them and accepts the reality that it's not all bad times without being sappy and overly positive. Musically you're getting gritty pop punk with elements of everyone from The Clash, The Replacements, Rancid, and oft compared to contemporaries like Bent Outta Shape and Dillinger Four...although I honestly don't hear the last two, but I accept that other people do. Every album results in more complex song writing and delivery, and if they can keep the train on the tracks I think they'll be one of those bands that everyone else gets compared to in a few years. Real talk." First press limited to 800 copies with hand stamped inner labels. 1234-Go! Records. Back in stock!
