DUDE JAPAN- "Teenage Summer" Lathe-Cut 7" EP

Previously released on Rok Lok as a cd-r limited to 50 copies, Dude Japan is thrilled to offer their debut effort to fans on a extremely limited vinyl format. The "Teenage Summer EP" is four tracks of lo fi indie pop rock that tips its hat proudly to bands like Further, Sebadoh, Velocity Girl and Eric's Trip. For those of you unfamiliar with the lathe cut record process our friends Keenan and John at Single Piece Slate couldn't have said it better, "Lathe cutting is a process of actually manually cutting the grooves into a blank record, instead of pressing a plated master into mold-able plastic like at a pressing plant." This release is strictly limited to 50 pieces all on clear vinyl and comes with hand stamped labels and full color covers which are numbered. Additionally there is a digital download code. And to be clear this 7 inch does not include the 3 bonus tracks included on the tape version on Dead Broke Records.
